Overall I love ME!... the only complaint I have is how hard it is to book your next appointment & get the person you would like to have! Yesterday I was told there were NO available slots for a massage for the month of June or July! I don’t understand why...? Are they understaffed? Too many people booking ahead? But on a better note, I had Chris yesterday! He is my favorite! He is so knowledgeable & professional! It’s almost as if he can read your mind! Thank you Chris! ❤️💆🏼‍♀️🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Started a membership and my first massage was a 90 min appointment with Heather. It was fantastic. A great firm to deep tissue and I felt so relaxed after. Hope to be able to find availability on her schedule again next month.

Had a customized facial with Bryn and she was absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable and friendly and had great recommendations for my skin care routine. Facial was great and came with a shoulder massage. Front desk staff also very welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Just moved from Arlington/DC area and this is a very clean, nice facility and very spacious. I had gotten a cancellation opening with Sheila, who was phenomenal. I am a fitness instructor with a lot of issues from tight hip flexors, neck problems, etc, and she did a great job addressing all of my areas of concern and providing feedback and recommendations on spots to make note of to work on in the future when I book with her. Super professional and relaxing presence as a therapist. Definitely will be back with her - she is awesome!!

I've been seeing Heather consistently for a few months now and she is amazing. Professional, yet easy to talk to, adjusts pressure when needed, very accommodating. All of the staff that I've met from this location have been warm and welcoming. I love the waiting area with the soothing music and dim lights. Highly recommend!

Just had the best message! If you are looking for a skilled therapist, that will target problem areas, book with MJ. MJ is professional and knowledgeable. His expertise is a deep tissue massage!

Wayne is an exceptional therapist. Personable, professional and proficient. He intuitively knows what areas to focus on and I always leave feeling 10 years younger and pain free. I cannot recommend him highly enough; I wish 10 stars was an option! Gerard, Taylor and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful; I genuinely enjoy talking to them. My frequent visits are one of the top highlights of my week.

I really love my monthly subscription here! The massage therapists have all been wonderful. I usually see Avery. I highly recommended regular massages here!

Everything was so great! The customer service from Taylor over the phone, being assisted by April from start to finish and I got lucky enough to get in with Jenny who did a great job of targeting exactly what I needed! Great experience! And I’m glad I joined with the membership to make sure I keep taking care of myself! Update: I keep forgetting to add how great Anitra is also! I’ve had her the most at this point and she always does an amazing job!

Been going to Massage Envy for many years! I have enjoyed wonderful much needed massages from great therapists like Sara, Heather. Also in the past: Gabby & Sasha! They have all been very intuitive in working the right spots & areas. Communication from everyone is great! LOVE Anitra!!! She is excellent!!!
